Shipping Within The UK
We offer either Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5.95 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.95.
Please note that orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders received during November and December may take a little longer to be processed and delivered due to higher order volumes. If you are concerned about your order please email us at info@rockandruddle.co.uk
Personalised and Design Your Own orders are individually made in our factory and take up to 14 days to manufacture prior to being shipped. Shipping times are as above.
Our last shipping dates for delivery before Christmas are as follows:
Personalised and Design Your Own Hairbrushes: 9th of December.
Last date for all other orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24: December 18th.
Last date for all other orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48: December 17th.
Shipping Outside of the UK
We can ship to most countries, usually via Royal Mail Tracked International, we charge you at cost price. Please see prices quoted and delivery times when you enter your address.
Please note that an overseas delivery can take 5-20 working days. Certain parcel may require customs clearance in some countries and this can result in the delivery taking longer than the 20 working days. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as parcels will be sent back to us if there is any mistake which will result in a longer delivery time.

Returns
At Rock & Ruddle we want you to be happy with every purchase you make and because our hairbrushes and combs are made with care to the highest standards we offer a lifetime guarantee.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days.
Please note this does not apply to our personalised hairbrushes. Please see our T & Cs for more detail.
Please email us before returning the goods at info@rockandruddle.com
We will then email you a returns authorization number. Return your goods with a note detailing:
- Your order number
- Your returns authorization number
Ideally, wrap the item(s) securely in original packaging, mark the outside of the package with your returns authorization number.
