Replacement Bristle Pads

You may like to buy a replacement pad for your hairbrush, as our pads can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

Super Simple Pad Cleaning:

Remove any loose hairs. Gently lift away any trapped strands with your fingers or one of our matching Rock & Ruddle combs.

Prepare a gentle cleaning solution Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and add a few drops of mild shampoo or gentle soap.

Wash your bristle pad only. Easily remove the pad from the brush back by squeezing and gentle pulling at the sides of the rubber pad. Remove any loose hairs or dust using a Rock & Ruddle comb.

Gently scrub. Dip the bristle pad into the soapy water. Using your fingertips to loosen oils and product build-up between the bristles.

Rinse. Hold the bristle pad under lukewarm running water to remove all soap and unwanted debris.

Dry – Shake off excess water, blot with a clean towel, and place the brush bristle-side down on a cloth to air-dry completely. Reassemble to the brush back when dry by squeezing your pad into place in the brush back. Your Rock & Ruddle hairbrush will feel brand new. 

When you feel that your bristle pad finally needs to be replaced you can purchase a brand new replacement pad, our bristle pad sizes are:

Luxury: 130mm × 80mm - currently this size only comes in the mixed bristles.

Large: 110mm x 60mm - available in mixed, pure, synthetic and soft baby bristles.

Small: 85mm × 45mm - available in mixed, pure, synthetic and soft baby bristles.
